Chocolate seems to be a popular subject and there is quite a lot of science involved in its production. The object of this project will be to develop an interactive demonstration lecture talking about the science of chocolate. The starting point will be a publication on the subject but the student will need to use their imagination to develop some interactive experiments to show the audience some of the science involved.
Start Date: 20th July 2012
Requirements: An outgoing personality would suit the project best, along with enthusiasm and a vivid imagination
