Growing Places: Exploring the future through Art and Science

Two scientists and two artists have taken up residency in a shop on Shields Road in Byker and will be there for the next two Saturdays (25th Feb and 3rd March) with lots of activities for people to drop in and try!
There’s lots to do including planting seeds, creating mini greenhouse-type sculptures for your plants, painting with plants as well as some creative writing. Everyone is welcome activities are suitable for 4 to 104+ year olds! Some work will be displayed as part of an exhibition at the end of the project.
It’s completely FREE.
