Primary Science Shows
Key Stages: ks 1, ks 2,
NEPIC’s Primary Science Shows visit your school and deliver essential Key Stage 1 and 2 science in an exciting and engaging manner. Choose from one of our three science shows to wow your pupils about science. Each show lasts one hour, and can engage up to 150 pupils.
SPACE
Learn all about how astronauts and rockets get into space, survive when they are there and how they get home safely. Covers topics such as forces, pressure, life processes and conductive materials.
SCIENCE OF CHRISTMAS
—DURING DEC 2010 ONLY!
Learn all about the Science of Christmas with this interactive show. Discover how to make snow that doesn’t melt, how to make a wine glass sing, and what really happens to Christmas Puddings when they burn!
MARVELLOUS MATTER
This show concentrates on chemical reactions (reversible and irreversible), changes of state and the properties of materials. Also looks at properties of particles and separating materials. This show is only suitable for Key Stage 2 pupils.
